Responsibilities
Assess and treat communication, cognitive-communication and swallowing needs within the speech-language pathology plan of care. Develop individualized treatment goals, monitor progress, and educate patients and caregivers. Coordinate with the care team and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements & qualifications
A South Carolina speech language pathologist license is required. Experience is preferred; the right candidate may be considered.
