Responsibilities
Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, balance and functional needs. Develop and carry out individualized physical therapy plans, provide treatment, monitor progress, and educate patients and caregivers on safe movement and exercises. Coordinate with the care team and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements & qualifications
A California physical therapist license is required. Experience is preferred; the right candidate may be considered.
