Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and symptom assessment for hospice patients. Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, support patients and families, and maintain clinical records. Coordinate with the care team and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements & qualifications
A Massachusetts registered nurse license is required. Experience is preferred; the right candidate may be considered.
